The short version
You can delete your Speakwell account and its data any time by emailing us. We remove your account, progress, and streaks within 30 days; we only keep minimal purchase records the law requires.
How to request deletion
This page explains how to delete your Speakwell account and the data associated with it. To request deletion:
- Email us at speakwell.app@inspiredsolutionsperu.com from the email address you use to sign in to Speakwell.
- Use the subject line “Delete my account”.
- We’ll confirm the request, verify it’s your account, and delete it. No further action is needed from you.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account and sign-in identity (email, name, and Apple/Google account identifier).
- Your learning progress, section completion, and streaks.
- Your saved app preferences.
What we keep, and for how long
Purchase records. Course purchases are processed by Apple and Google, not by us — we never store your payment details. We may retain a minimal transaction record (with no card data) where we are legally required to for tax and accounting.
Aggregate analytics. Anonymous, non-identifying usage data that can no longer be linked to you may be kept to improve the course.
Timing. We complete deletion within 30 days of your request. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
